Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Supervisor on a permanent basis.

The job you’ll do

We have a requirement for a Manufacturing Supervisor, with a minimum of Five years experience in the heavy manufacturing industry.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day manufacture of Bespoke equipment.
Will be responsible for the recording of working hours against production jobs.
Ensure all H&S and ISO processes are adhered too.
Organising and issuing of jobs to employees whilst assessing training and ability needs.
Relevant experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor along with the ability to assist in production of working within a heavy plant environment.

About You

Good man management skills.
Computer skills required to enter Data onto Sage.
Beneficial to have Lean manufacturing experience.
Experience using power tools and pneumatic tools.
Experienced using overhead cranes.
Strong understanding of various welding procedures and health and safety awareness paramount.
Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
Strong attention to detail.
Fork lift licence advantageous but not necessary.
